this guy is remarkable he goes way beyond the call to duty. I was having issues with the land use people in the county and Lee got it all taken care of . which it has been going on for ten years. I just can't say enuff good things about Lee, in my book he is the best. M.j. Nigro for example, Mr. Giblin herd of my long going struggle with the county land use with a zoning in fracdtion,which was wrong. I connected with Tristan through Zillow after having a bad experience with a realtor I had worked with previously. I found a house I was interested in and clicked the button on Zillow to have the realtor reach out to me and it was Tristan. I had a very difficult and lengthy process due to my situation of having to find a way to buy a house before selling my other house because I have horses and chickens and dogs and cats and more. Tristan listened to me immediately regarding what my concerns with the previous realtor were and catered his services to my needs. He did a great job throughout the process of answering my questions and helping me stay calm and explaining the best way to go about certain things. He was immediately responsive, literally there was not one time I reached out to him that he did not respond immediately. Anything that needed to be signed was handled immediately and he would call to make sure I knew the documents had been emailed so we never missed a beat. He reached out to my lender many times to help push that process along as well. He even drove to my new house after we closed to feed the goats and my horses a few times because I had to travel back and forth from Chino Valley to Phoenix a few times to move.
